General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 999xo ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the 999xo online casino and sports betting services available at https://999xo.vip and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or application interfaces operated by 999xo.

These Terms apply to all services provided through the 999xo platform, including but not limited to: sports betting markets (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey), live casino games (including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and live game shows), slot games and virtual games, the cashier and payment processing services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard), promotional offers and bonuses, customer support services, and the responsible gaming toolset (including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion).

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Where any ambiguity exists in the interpretation of a clause, 999xo reserves the right to apply a reasonable interpretation consistent with the overall intent of these Terms and the operational requirements of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on 999xo (including promotional material, bonus terms, or game-specific rules), these Terms shall take precedence unless the conflicting document expressly states otherwise.

999xo may be required to share certain account and transaction information with relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to such disclosures where required by law. 999xo will not share your personal data with third-party advertisers or unaffiliated commercial entities — see the Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is used and protected.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on 999xo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any betting or gaming activity on 999xo.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. You are solely responsible for verifying your own legal eligibility to gamble online in your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person, business, or organisation when using the 999xo platform. All accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not be registered on any national or platform-level self-exclusion list. If you have previously self-excluded your 999xo account and the exclusion period has not yet elapsed, you are not eligible to re-register or use any part of the platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate partner, or close family member of an employee of 999xo. Persons with access to non-public platform information are prohibited from holding active player accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Persons who have been legally declared incapable of managing their own financial affairs are not eligible to use the platform.

999xo takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age documents — including a national identity card, passport, or driving licence — from any player at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until verification is completed. Any winnings generated during an unverified period may be withheld pending verification outcome.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 999xo services, you must register a player account via the 999xo Login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree that all information submitted during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment method information — is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you personally.

999xo reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time. Where information is found to be materially inaccurate, false, or misleading, 999xo may suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit any outstanding balance. Providing false identity information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes fraud and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Each player may hold only one account. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery process rather than registering a new account.
• You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and two-factor authentication details strictly confidential. Do not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify 999xo's support team immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised.
• 999xo will never contact you proactively to ask for your password, OTP code, or full payment details. Any communication claiming to be from 999xo and requesting this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP is available on all 999xo accounts and is strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
• You must update your registered contact details promptly if they change. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may delay account recovery and identity verification processes.

All sessions on 999xo are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.3 transport security. However, no security system is entirely infallible, and 999xo cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible attack vectors. You use the platform with an understanding that internet-based services carry inherent security risks that exist beyond the reasonable control of any platform operator.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All financial transactions on 999xo are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 999xo supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time based on technical, regulatory, or operational factors. 999xo reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any payment method with reasonable notice to affected players.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash or Nagad. Minimum deposit thresholds for other payment methods are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 999xo account balance in BDT at the face value of the transaction, with no platform-imposed deposit fee. Third-party fees charged by your payment provider are outside 999xo's control and are your responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 10–15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions under normal operating conditions. Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or when additional identity verification is required.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined. Attempted withdrawal to a third-party account may trigger a full account review.
• 999xo reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal above threshold amounts determined at 999xo's discretion. KYC documents may include a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement.
• Deposits made for the sole purpose of immediate withdrawal without meaningful betting activity may be treated as suspicious transactions subject to review under 999xo's anti-money-laundering procedures.
• 999xo does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a player. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the 999xo account holder.

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, 999xo reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim any erroneously credited funds, regardless of whether those funds have been wagered. You are not entitled to retain funds credited to your account as a result of a platform or processing error, and you agree to cooperate with any correction process initiated by 999xo.

Bonuses & Promotions

999xo may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to specific bonus terms and conditions that are published alongside the offer at the time of promotion. These general Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions in addition to any offer-specific terms.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus structures — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage across multiple accounts, or coordinated group bonus abuse — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Each promotional offer specifies an applicable wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement). Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the offer terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unsatisfied wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• 999xo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed, and to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice to affected players.
• A player may only claim each promotional offer once unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise. Claiming the same promotion via duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account action.
• Promotional offers are not exchangeable for cash at their face value. The cash value of any bonus is subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met.
• Seasonal promotions may be offered around specific events relevant to the Bangladesh market, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Availability and terms of seasonal offers are announced on the platform at the time of the relevant period.

If 999xo determines that a player has abused a promotional offer — whether through technical exploitation, account duplication, collusion, or any other method — 999xo reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close the relevant account(s), and recover any funds that were withdrawn as a result of the abuse. Suspected bonus fraud may be reported to relevant financial crime authorities.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 999xo is subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product. Sports betting markets are governed by 999xo's sportsbook rules, live casino games are governed by the applicable game rules published by the relevant provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, etc.), and slot and virtual games are governed by the paytable and rules published within each individual game interface.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 999xo does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except in the specific circumstances described in the sportsbook void-bet policy (e.g., event cancellation, obvious pricing error).
• In the event of a manifest pricing error in a sports betting market — where odds are clearly inconsistent with the true probability of an outcome — 999xo reserves the right to void all bets placed on the affected market and refund stakes at the pre-error odds or at the platform's discretion.
• Live in-play betting markets are suspended automatically during defined interruption events (e.g., rain delays, video referral decisions in cricket). Bets placed on markets that were suspended due to a data feed error will be reviewed individually and may be voided.
• Multi-bet accumulators (combining up to 12 selections) are available on the sportsbook. All selections within an accumulator must win for the bet to be settled as a winning bet. Voided selections are typically treated as non-runners and the accumulator is recalculated on the remaining legs.
• Casino game outcomes from third-party providers are determined by certified RNG (random number generator) systems operated independently of 999xo. 999xo accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any casino game session beyond its obligations to credit verified winnings to your account balance accurately and promptly.
• The maximum payout on any single bet, game session, or accumulator is subject to limits published on the cashier and sportsbook pages. 999xo reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits at its discretion, particularly in respect of multi-bet accumulators with unusually high projected returns.

999xo strives to maintain continuous platform availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to betting or gaming services at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. 999xo shall not be held liable for losses arising from platform unavailability, connection interruption, or third-party data feed failures beyond its reasonable control.

Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999xo platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with betting markets, casino games, or the cashier in a manner that is not consistent with normal human play.
• Exploiting any software bug, platform error, or data feed anomaly to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of platform errors will be voided.
• Using the 999xo platform for any money laundering purpose, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform as a vehicle for transferring funds between parties.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or multi-player game formats to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your 999xo account credentials to any third party for any reason, including staking services, account management services, or any other third-party commercial arrangement.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise probe the technical infrastructure of the 999xo platform, including its APIs, game servers, odds feeds, or security systems.
• Submitting false, fraudulent, or doctored documentation during the identity verification or KYC process.
• Using the platform in a manner designed to intentionally disrupt service availability, including denial-of-service attacks, credential stuffing, or any other form of technical abuse.

999xo employs advanced fraud detection systems that continuously monitor account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, 999xo may place a temporary hold on account withdrawals pending investigation. Investigation timelines will be communicated to the affected player and will be completed as promptly as operational requirements allow.

Account Suspension & Closure

999xo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where a player has breached these Terms, where fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, or where account closure is required in order to comply with applicable legal obligations.

• Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. 999xo will communicate the reason for closure and the treatment of any outstanding balance to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.
• Players wishing to voluntarily close their own 999xo account may do so at any time by contacting the live support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within one business day. Any verified outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
• Self-exclusion is available as a responsible gaming tool and is distinct from voluntary account closure. A self-excluded account remains registered in the system for the duration of the exclusion period and cannot be reopened until that period has elapsed. • 999xo reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive — defined as no login activity and no transaction — for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Prior to closure, 999xo will attempt to notify the account holder at the registered email or mobile number. Any balance in a dormant account will be held in accordance with applicable financial regulations for a reasonable period before being treated as an unclaimed balance.
• Upon account closure (whether voluntary, enforced, or following self-exclusion expiry), 999xo will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable record-keeping obligations. Data retention practices are described in full in the Privacy Policy.
